As expected from the LT test the wattage requirement for Boulder was backed off 20 watts but the number of intervals increased. Saturday I did two 30 minutes climbs at 205 watts and Sunday 4 20 minute climbs at 205 watts. My HR was much more manageable staying around 158 on Sunday. Saturday was higher but I was riding in 95 degree heat and 9 degree humidity. Sunday I rode early and carried a Camelback to make sure I got enough water.
