Continuing the current plan of SS and TP rides focused on increasing cadence. Cadence is improving. This week for the first time I held 90 rpm on three TP rides of 10 minutes.
Got day of skiing in and two of the four days riding were easy.
Summary: 52.5 miles, 8.5 hours (including a day of skiing credited at 3 hrs), and 1845 KCal on the ride. Body Composition -2 (meaning I lost two pounds--wahoo, progress).
