Settling into a training routine. Weather was super this weekend in Colorado with highs near 60 and lots of sun. Routine this week and next is rest Monday, Steady States (SS) on Tuesday and Saturday, Tempos (TP) on Wednesday and various drills on Sunday.
Body composition (BC) work is not going well. Basically it is at a standstill.
