Nothing exciting this week. Continued to make good progress on the tempo rides completing the planned drills except on Sunday. Sunday I was tired from too little sleep, pressed for time because of some family obligations (with which I was delighted to oblige), and a little worn out from being on the road for six days.
Week totals were 7:35 hrs cycling, 1:35 cross training, and 1:45 resistance training for a total of 10:55 hours. Climbed 4450 feet almost all of it on Saturday.
Next week is less intense as I head toward a major ride on Sunday the 16th.
