I am not sure when the last time I cycled outside was but it has to have been over a month ago. Another week of trainers doing interval tempos. For a while I just couldn't make myself do them but this week was a breakthrough. While no where close to what I was doing in the past, it was a good week for trainers. Not good for strength and weight. Did not do a single strength session and my weight is still WAY to high from the holidays and the fall. Weight is coming down but is embarrassingly high.
