The weather finally was good for an entire week and I executed my training plan just as--well planned. Did several days of tempos and those are getting stronger. Then some long rides at a hard pace. All in all strength and endurance are building.
This week was between century rides. Next Saturday I will ride about 110 miles as I ride most of the MS Ride to Ft. Collins both ways. So this week was focused on getting stronger and next week will be start out pushing tempos and then getting fresh for the long ride Saturday.
