Last week was planned as a rest week with riding cut far back. But it rained all weekend and that cut riding back even further than I planned. Countered with gym work and running on a treadmill. I keep telling myself that you don't get stronger without resting.
The week of 6-14 I pick up the intensity another notch. My goal this month was to increase everything by 15% and with two days to go I am close to that goal. To lock it down, the goal is to exercise 51.75 hours, 674 miles, TSS of 2773 and 18,910 KC. And on the 26th increase my longest ride of the year to 110+ miles.
So far so good. And the weather for the next week looks good.
Weekly total: 9 hours, 82 miles, 2620 KC, and 337 TSS.
