Another struggling week. This week my stayed in a narrow range and I only lost 0.4 lb for a total of 5.4 lbs in 5 weeks. Again this week I had to work my way through a dinner with friends (did well) and a birthday party (did terribly). Next week is just as bad. I am not a natural for the Paleo diet. Given the chance I will return to eating carbs--especially chips and ice cream.
This is going to be a struggle.
August was an excellent month for training. I trained for 60 hours exactly, rode 865 miles, but only had a TSS of 2312 reflecting my long endurance rides.
