August 5th--Week 1 of 12

First weeks are always the easiest.  I lost 2.4 pounds this first week.  Riding was good going 204 miles and getting 13:20 hours of training in.  I set a goal of burning 5,000 Kcals each week and last week was 5,700.  That isn't really a lot and I may have to exercise more to hit my weight goals.

I had planned on starting some strength and flexibility exercises and to start running but I have some big projects around the house that are taking time.

At least the first week went well.
