Not much to say about this week. I rode Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Monday and Tuesday were high intensity rides trying to measure my critical power. Thursday was a recovery day even after a rest day Wednesday. Saturday and Sunday I kicked up the endurance miles. Total mileage for the week was 145, 10 hours of training, and 4300 Kcal. Possibly I did too much for a rest week.
Next week the intensity and mileage increase. I still haven't settled on the details of the first two weeks of Build but 100-mile rides, threshold and tempo intervals, and VO2Max workouts factor in.
Let the serious hurting begin.
